Anai, a silver mage living each day hiding the silver magic that runs through her blood, knowing that if the Empress who has conquered her homeland discovers her secret she will be executed. But when her best friend is bound for servitude in a far-off land, she joins with the handsome and all too arrogant rebel leader, Tyse. He and his rebel group are determined to find the elusive Silverstone, a relic infused with silver magic, that they believe will end the Empress’s tyranny. The quest for the Silverstone leads Anai to a magically hidden city, through deadly trials, and beneath mountains. But retrieving the Silverstone may be the easiest part of the journey. Learning to trust herself, her magic, and Tyse, is far harder. But all is not as it seems and all are not who they seem to be. Keeping her magic hidden turns out to be the least of Anai’s problems.
I am a former educator turned stay at home mom. When I’m not reading or writing, I enjoy building Lego sets and watching old movies and true crimes shows. A long time lover of fantasy and romance novels, this is my first attempt at writing a romantasy novel.
