What’s this?

Kriis is a young female who lives in the manmade tunnels of Pluto’s Institute Orphanage. She’s a difficult child who’s always in trouble with teachers, psychologists, and her fellow orphans. As she matures, her radical approach to life leaves her friendless, but undaunted.

Telar is the Institute’s superstar who follows rules and succeeds in everything. He’s tops in academics and admired by teachers and classmates, especially the female ones. Telar, secretly opposes the Institute’s unreasonable demands, which may be why his eyes are drawn to Kriis. She fascinates him.

This is tale of how these two rebels fall in love, break through the Institute’s rules, and become Pluto’s co-presidents.

Relayed by Clema, the vain and selfish ex, we see the duo’s meteoric political path as they journey from non-citizens to election favorites. Clema’s novel displays the couple’s lives thorough diaries, writings, interviews, and Clema’s sometimes narcissistic personal recollections.

K.S. Riggin, although once a retired bilingual second grade teacher, now roams the skies with aliens, witches, and assorted interesting creatures. She has seventeen published novels and more completing their last edits. Riggin often works on several books at a time, which circumvents the ‘I don’t know what comes next’ syndrome. She loves horses, and in her younger days, owned two beautiful Arabians. She’s currently being domesticated by a tuxedo cat whose hobby is iPad birds. Riggin enjoys studying languages and financial reports, and often in her sleep, dreams up scenes, stories and problems for characters of future books.
